After three men were “violently assaulted in an unprovoked attack” in the town center, South Yorkshire Police in Sheffield released images of a guy wearing a Batman t-shirt and a woman dressed as the Joker that they would want to speak to.
Police released the following statement: “On Sunday, October 30, shortly after three in the morning, it is reported that three men departed Stein Haus, formerly BierKeller, on West Street before turning onto Bailey Lane.
The article went on to say that the men were brutally attacked in an unprovoked attack after being followed onto Bailey Lane by a man wearing a Batman t-shirt and a woman dressed as the Joker.
One victim, an 18-year-old, required continuous hospital care due to serious facial injuries.
Police added that a second victim, who was also 18 years old, had a slash wound to his hip, suggesting that a knife had been used in the attack.
Anyone with knowledge is encouraged to contact the police.
